Custom Packaging Built to Make Every Ecommerce Shipment Stand Out
Branded poly mailers, bubble mailers, and recyclable kraft envelopes - sized to your products and printed in your colors. Low-MOQ bubble mailers start at 200 units, with standard delivery in 6-8 weeks.
Why Brands Choose Custom Mailers
Plain brown boxes get tossed. Branded mailers get photographed.
Brand Colors on Every Package
Your logo and colors print directly onto the mailer exterior, so branding shows up before the box is even opened.
Lighter Packages, Lower Postage
Poly and paper mailers weigh a fraction of a comparable box, which keeps per-package shipping costs down at volume.
Protection Without the Bulk
Bubble mailers add a padded layer for items that can't ship safely in a flat envelope, without the bulk of a box.
Shipping Included on Every Order
Standard orders ship by ocean freight at no extra cost. Air freight is available if you're working against a launch date.
Find the Right Mailer for What You Ship

View productDo You Need a Box, or Would a Mailer Work?
Most items sold online don't need a rigid carton to arrive intact. Clothing, small accessories, and other soft or semi-rigid goods travel well in a flat or padded mailer, at a fraction of a box's shipping weight.
If what you're shipping is genuinely fragile or holds its own hard shape, a box may still be the better call. For everything else, a mailer gets the same product to the same doorstep for less.
- Lower dimensional weight than a comparably sized box, which usually means a lower carrier rate
- No folding or taping - a mailer seals shut in one step
- Wraps snugly around the product instead of leaving empty space to fill
- Ships flat, so unused stock takes up far less shelf space in your warehouse
- Bubble mailers add cushioning for items a flat mailer alone wouldn't protect
