1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Zaro Mailer’s services, including ordering custom bubble mailers, poly mailers, or paper mailers, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description
Zaro Mailer provides custom-branded packaging solutions including:
- Custom poly bubble mailers with self-seal padded envelopes
- Custom poly mailers with self-seal flat envelopes
- Custom paper mailers with kraft envelope mailing bags
- Bulk ordering and custom printing services
3. Ordering and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance by Zaro Mailer. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Payment must be received before production begins. We accept major credit cards and process payments securely through Stripe and PayPal.
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of purchase.
4. Design Approval and Production
Custom orders require design approval before production. Once you approve a design proof, changes may not be possible and additional fees may apply. You are responsible for ensuring all designs, logos, and content comply with copyright and trademark laws.
Production times vary by product, order size, and complexity. Standard production typically takes 7–10 business days after artwork approval. Standard orders shipped by ocean freight typically have a total turnaround of approximately 6–8 weeks from artwork approval to delivery in the United States. Custom Bubble Mailers Low MOQ are shipped by air and typically have a total turnaround of approximately 2–4 weeks.
5. Color Accuracy & Print Variations
Colors displayed on screen (monitors, phones, tablets) may differ from the final printed product. Factors such as screen calibration, browser rendering, and the difference between digital RGB color and physical CMYK/spot-color ink mean that exact color matching cannot be guaranteed. Our production partners use industry-standard printing processes, and we work with them to reproduce colors as accurately as reasonably possible.
If precise color matching is critical for your brand, we recommend requesting a physical proof or providing Pantone (PMS) color references with your order. Minor shade variations between print runs are normal and are not considered defects.
6. Production Overruns & Underruns
Due to the nature of custom printing and manufacturing, final delivered quantities may vary by up to ±5% from the ordered quantity. This is standard practice in the printing industry and accounts for production spoilage, quality-control rejects, and equipment calibration. You will be invoiced for the actual quantity shipped. Orders that fall within the ±5% tolerance are considered fulfilled and are not eligible for refund or reprint on the quantity difference.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are produced through selected production partners in China. Standard shipping to the United States is included in the quoted price. Standard orders are typically shipped by ocean freight, while Custom Bubble Mailers Low MOQ are typically shipped by air. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside ZaroMailer’s reasonable control.
Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for filing claims with the carrier for lost or damaged shipments.
8. Returns and Refunds
Custom printed products are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. Claims for defective products must be made within 30 days of receipt with photographic evidence.
If we determine that a product is defective due to our error, we will reprint and ship replacement products at no charge. We do not offer refunds for design changes after approval, customer errors in submitted designs, or color variations that fall within normal printing tolerances.
9. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your designs and logos. By submitting content to Zaro Mailer, you grant us a license to use, reproduce, and modify the content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to any content you provide and that your designs do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
10. Limitation of Liability
Zaro Mailer’s total liability for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) where applicable. 12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Jersey.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation. Either party may initiate this process by sending written notice of the dispute to the other party.
13. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
